Frog is a kind of animal that is familiar for children since they can be found in the surrounding. It is a small animal which has smooth skin, lives in water and on land, has long powerful back legs with which it jumps from place to place, has no tail, and is usually greenish-brown in color.

In the world, there are approximately 4.800 species of frog. Frogs typically lay their eggs in water. The eggs hatch into aquatic larvae called tadpoles that have tails and internal gills.
